"We started looking for our dream house last year, initially relying on online services Zillow, Trulia, and Redfin. After numerous weekends visiting open houses, we were overwhelmed with the choices we had to make. Our one hidden agenda for visiting open houses was to scout for local real estate agents. Why local?
